Hi,

Is it possible or will it be possible that when sending Campaigns the system automatically takes a name + surname and inserts it in the greeting of the newsletter? Like it is possible in emails with inserting fields.

Since we have all the users in the system, we have their names that would be easy to do?

    This is possible also with Campaigns, yes. You can select the Merge tags dropdown both for Email subject and content. Some more details in our Knowledge base here and here.
