Creating a lead in PipeDrive from the external HelpDesk.
Hi all, maybe you have already encountered such a task.
There is an integration with Zapier allowing the creation of a contact/lead in PipeDrive from all the tickets in FreshDesk, for example. This case doesn't work for us because we only need to create from some of the tickets, only the selected ones.
The outbox solution in PipeDrive does not exist, and Zapier does not work either.
Maybe someone has already done this. References and comments are welcome.
