Hey Folks,

It would be very handy to know how long it takes for a lead to be handled. In my case, the time from lead creation to first response is what's key.

This won't be possible with builtin reporting.

However, you can visualize this using Google Sheets and/or Tableau.

You can also set up live data sync with a tool like Coupler.
