Create automated mails also in foreign accounts

As an admin, I would like to be able to create automations that are sent from other people's mail accounts.
Of course this is a bit tricky for privacy reasons. Currently I have to have one or more meetings with each person so we build the automation together. So one way this could be done differently would be the following:
I create the automation in the admin account. I get an option with which I can create a copy of the automation in the account of a chosen other user. (This copy should always be deactivated at the beginning.) I now inform the user and he/she then activates it in his/her own account.
