API for Lead Conversion?

Are there any plans to create an API we can use to fetch conversion rate? I'm trying to integrate pipedrive into my in-house software, but we have no way to get conversion rate on leads for reporting. Has anyone found any solution to extract conversion rate on leads? It would also be nice to get conversion rate on deals.
