Hi community!

Wondering if anyone can tell me if the automation workflow we set up will go to all our current subscribers once we make it active.

I find it odd that you can't sent up a start date?

    Hello,

    All pipedrive automations are retroactive. If you activate your automation with 100 contacts that match with your workflows, the 100 contacts will not trigger the automation until it has been updated.
