Products Area
The products area really needs allot of help ~ I love how the product integrates with Pandadoc's as our last CRM did as well. Pipedrives integration works better hands down. However the producs list is not sortable ~ this makes it very difficult to find items. Panda has catagories so you can create subcatagories for each product, then pick and choose what to add to the quote.
Today I ran into another large issue. The description that I imported into Pipedrive does not transfer to the quote making my sales reps have to type it in each time. Painfully complaining all the way.
I know that Pipedrive has allot planned for 2023 ~ let's hope they do something with the product area quickly, my sales people may burn me at the stake .... :(

Automatically pull in a product description from products in Pipedrive. or at least have the description available on this screen so we can copy over the base description and edit in the notes box.
As a bespoke joinery/manufacturing business we frequently edit the base description of a product, it would be fantastic to be able to edit this description, then this would reflect a cross all smart documents.
We have several documents including Quotes, Works Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices & Drawings, we currently have to edit every SmartDoc separately, this is prone to type and description errors from one document to another.
We could copy and paste from the original document but this is a very clumsy way of achieving what could be very simple if implemented via this screen
