Images in Campaigns

I'm noticing that adding a row of images into a Campaign is a little clunky. I would expect the images I pull in to evenly fill the frame shown in the template, but instead the images are pulled in as their original, varying sizes (horizontal images maintain horizontal dimensions, vertical maintain vertical dimensions). Since this is the case, I tried to crop the images so that they showed up with the same size and dimensions in the row, but the cropping tool doesn't work very well. I can't understand what settings to use with the cropping tool to make the images the same size.
I am able to use Photoshop to resize and crop photos and then upload to Pipedrive.
I wish there was a more streamlined option available.
