Do I need to delete tasks after moving to another step?

Hello pros!!!

I have a doubt about how to deal with tasks in automation.

Example below.

New deal creates 3 tasks:

1- Phone call 1 (same day)

2- Phone call 2 (same day, in case 1 unsuccessful)

3- Phone call 3 (1 day later)

Then, in case the contact was successful in step 1, the other 2 steps should be deleted, correct? We don't need the other 2 steps anymore, of course.

Do I need to automate this to be deleted?
