Activity due date is a field answer, but it is making the due date the day before

I have a workflow that creates an activity with a field answer that is a date. The field answer should be the due date and the way it is created it should work. It has worked since Nov 2021. Suddenly this week, it is making the due date the day before the field answer. Did some backend items get changed or is there a workaround that I am missing?

Could be a timezone issue.
