Confirmation E-mails go out in UTC

Hello All!

I'm setting up an automation to be sent to the e-mail address of the potential client once an appointment is set.

I'm using "Acitivty Due Date" and "Activity Due Time" to be displayed in an e-mail to the potential client.

It's being displayed as follows:

"at your home on 2023-02-15 at 11:30 UTC-06:00. "

Here in Louisiana, our date format would be 2-15-2023 at 11:30AM.


Any way this can be changeD?

    Hi @Nick Roberie

    Can you please check this further with our Support team via in-app chat or email support@pipedrive.com. As far as I know there is no way to change the display format in that specific case but they might have some extra info.
