Can Web Forms replicate surveys? Which subscriptions ?

Hi , our company would like to use web forms to kind of replicate a survey that we already have.

First question: Is it going to be a good option to do so?

Second question: Which subscriptions allow us to use the option of web forms ?

Our Web Forms are available under the Leadbooster add-on. You can check more about the add-on and pricing in our Knowledge base article here.

As to using it as a survey then it depends a bit on your use case. It is not necessarily meant for a survey but depending on the use case, it might be possible. You can discuss in more detail with our Support team via in-app chat or email support@pipedrive.com.
