When receives a SMS or email, then Pipedrive doesn't send any browser notification as received

Greetings of the day,

When receiving an SMS or email, then Pipedrive doesn't send any browser notification as received SMS or an email. Can you please help how to enable the notification?

I have checked all the browser settings and also added Pipedrive URL to fire notifications then also I did not get any notification when new SMS or email comes.
