Find 3 closest products (homes) for new lead automatic follw up email

Hello Pipedrive Experts.

We are selling real estate.

For every new lead which we typically get as a question for some of our existing property, we would like to generate an email showing three or more similar properties nearby.

We do have the list of all our properties in the Product tab.

I.e. can I build an automation which will select three closest properties (within my respective price range) and send them in a follow up email? How can I do that?

You can set this up using Make/Integromat.

I am assuming that the list of products can be searched through with a criteria.

If not, you pull all the products and run the search function inside Make/Integromat.

Steps:

1. Trigger: New Deal/Lead
2. Action: Find products that match the Lead/Deal's criteria or Find all products and add a search step in Make/Integromat.
3. Action: Add matching rows to a database/Google Sheets.

You can run another automation that will pull all the matching properties for a lead and compose an email with the list of results.

Is your integration with Pipedrive working fine?

I am trying to add it as an application (Pipedrive App to Make) but it is throwing me an error 401: Access denied...

I am the admin :-)

I created a ticked with Make (#579165) , but it's been 5 days with no response. Probably not the level of service I want to buy in to...

If anyone have any better option which actually works, I would appreciate your ideas!

I connected a new pipedrive account with Make/Integromat and it worked fine.

Can you try deleting the existing connection and recreating a new one?

Do you actually use Make OR Integromat?

I was trying just Make so far and here is what is happening:

-I have no application in 'My Apps' and nothing under the 'Connections' so I am not able to delete that. I've tried multiple browsers with the same results:
