Email sync: "email address is already in use or cannot be added"
Hello everyone. I have a question about email integration. I want to add an account to the main one, but a message appears when I try to do it and I don't know how to solve it because it is as if this account is being used by some other user. How can I see what use it is being given and how do I associate this mail to mine? Thanks!

This message usually appears when the email address trying to be used is already associated with a Pipedrive account. In order to understand this further, please reach out to our Support Team using this email address - as they will have access to the details of this situation and will be able to help.
