Introduction of new permission: restricting item ownership transfer

👋 kind community members!

We are about to start a project with an aim to introduce new permission into the permission sets. Something a lot of customers have asked for: restricting regular users from changing deal, lead or contact owner.

That being said, there is one important question that I would like to have community input as well 👇 . Please vote depending on your use case, how the item ownership restriction should apply?

When item ownership restriction is in place, it should:

let's also have a restriction on what visibility group, that is allowed to edit fields on deals, leads, products etc.

That would be awesome and needed, when having a sales organization, where the backoffice is also involved in filling out details etc.
