Hi all,

The show-rate on demos and meetings are a relatively important KPI in most sales orgs.

It would be absolutely fantastic if we could mark a meeting type activity as "no show" instead of "done" or simply to cancel it.

In that way we could see the number of meetings actually held and the number of no shows.

Are you with me on this? :-)

    I used to do this using a single option custom field at the deal level and using Pipedrive Automation.

    I would then use the single option field in Insights to report on the data.

    Hi Armit,

    Thanks for that suggestion :-)

    But I would like to substract the meetings that has been "marked as done" from the statistics that we make over "meetings executed".

    Can your solution in any way help with that?
