Customer Account Management
Pipedrive is a phenomenal tool for organizing leads and driving sales, though I feel it's seriously lacking the ability to handle customers once a deal has been won. We are an e-commerce business selling globally, and I would love the ability to segment my customers and distributors and manage them all within Pipedrive. Is there any way to currently do this better? If not, is this something Pipedrive is looking to add in the near future?
