Set Business Year End

Not all businesses have their fiscal year end match up to December 31st. Many have March 31st to match up with some government organizations. Our company picked November 30th, for example. It would be good to be able to set a fiscal year end date and then have the quarterly forecast reviews follow the users actual fiscal year.
