For me - I've had a lot of success incorporating direct mail into our prospecting activities. We send a series of cards which has been getting people to respond!

    Great Direct Mail piece!  

    Years ago I used to use ZohoCRM because I had the ability to print letters, envelopes and contracts right from within the CRM.  I really feel that incorporating direct mail with email and calls is vital to succeed in sales and I hope that at some point, Pipedrive incorporates a way to print letters from within the program.
