Hi, how have you solve to see the products details (costumized fields & images) on mobile using pipedrive?

    Hey, @Carla_82292!

    Currently with the mobile app, we cannot guarantee that images inside of notes will work, as notes are made for text purpose mostly. To add an image to an item so that it is visible on the mobile app, we suggest uploading a file to the item instead.

    Custom fields, on the other hand, should be visible. If you are having difficulties in this process, please reach out to our Support Team for assistance.
