We should have an option to save email history of a contact even after deleting the email id.

If we delete/update email id of a contact, all the past history on email conversation is also removed. For example, I found out a contact has changed his organization, so I deleted his old email and updated it with a new one. Now all email conversation history of old email has also been removed. I would like to have the history so that I will know what discussion we had when the contact was in his previous org.

We should be able to preserve the email history even after deleting email id.

    Good to know. I was actually about to do the same thing today with one of our contacts! Glad I didn't. Instead I will add it to his email list.
