Changing Won Deals' Stage Names

I know it is possible to change phase names within a pipeline, but I would like the ability to do this separately for Won deals. If I try and change Won deals phase names, it changes the Open deals names too. We want to be able to have for example, Project Planning, Project Scheduling, Project Execution.

At the moment I have set up a separate pipeline for Won deals, but this skews the data insights and reporting.

Possibly look into projects, it's a small fee but let's you separate the two without skewing data insights.
