Updated our 'deals lost' reasons and none of them are pulling through to insights?

Can anyone help with the above? We updated our deals lost reasons and now none of them pull through to insights reports.

    Do you already have Lost deals marked with these new reasons? If yes, then they should show up in Insights and if any issues, please check with our Support team via in-app chat or email [email protected] to check specific case and reports.
