Hi, I set up click to dial from Pipedrive desktop using FaceTime/iPhone - it works great. However, when I call from Lead/deal contacts, I can't find any way to track or report on the phone calls?
I need this to track my sales people’s productivity for phone call activities. If they create a call activity for 15 min and are on the call for 3 min, this creates a possible 12 minute productivity error if they don’t go back and change the activity to the actual call time, which I doubt most of them would bother??
Any fixes in the pipe for this?
