How to track Sales on my CRM ?

Hello,
We are a e commerce company who sells differents products, so different category of products.
The clients buy their products alone on our website.
In order to contact them and reactivate our clients, we would like to know which organization buy x o x category of product with the turnover sales.
Do you have any advice to track theses purchases in each clients ? Do we have to create a field ?

Hi @Magalie_70899 - I would suggest setting up a data pipeline using Coupler or Flatly and then visualize the data/build reports using Tableau.
