Is it possible to keep people in a pipeline if the deal is won?

    Hey @Rich Tangney ,

Not quite sure what you mean by this? People aren't put in a Pipeline, deals are, but Deals don't leave the Pipeline once they're won, their status just changes. So, it depends on what you're filtering by within the Pipeline.

    Hi @David 🇺🇸 ,

Appreciate your comment. We use PD a bit differently to most. We use the Pipeline to determine where our clients are at during the sales process AND during their Customer Journey (We are a health care company that have monthly check-ins).

What I was looking to do (if possible) was keep the deal in the pipeline even if marked as 'Won'.

If you create a filter with these conditions, the Deal would still show even after Won. (as well as your open deals)
