Please turn the option back to the company to choose whether or not to use lost deal reasons. I don't know why you removed the toggle, but this feature is completely ineffective as it is because comments don't show up in reports at all. If I put data in the comments, I just lose it and I can't export only the notes that are related to the lost deals.
I created two custom fields that fit to my company perfect and now I can no longer remove the system default loss reason.
Please, back the toogle option to active ou not this resource!
