Lead Source Field Grayed Out, Can't Enter Text

Hello -

When creating a new lead manually, the lead source is greyed out. I need to create the lead and then go back into the lead to fill out the source. Any clue what's going on?

    Hey, @B2B Startups!

    The default "Source" field is automatically populated when a lead is created. In the case of a lead being manually created, this is what you will see on this field.

    In your example, "Lead Source" seems to be a person custom field (other than a lead custom field), which is why you see this field greyed out when creating a lead.
