How to automate Klenty replies to new deal in pipedrive?

Has anybody had success creating a workflow automation where anytime there is a positive reply to a cadence, it automatically creates a new deal in pipedrive with that respective prospect?

There is some optionality on zapier, but it doesn't properly find "replies". Instead, I get the below test results whenever it tries to find the most recent reply.

Anybody had success on zapier or elsewhere?

There should be a setting in Klenty or you could try Make/Integromat.

I can't tell what's the best option without understanding your exact flow and where you're stuck.
