Is there a way to automatically roll-over undone activities to the following day?
In other CRM-systems that I have worked in there was a automatic "roll-over/postpone"-function.
For example, I have a scheduled call to a customer. I call them up but they don't answer. I'd like that task/activity to automatically just roll over to the next day if it's not done by the end of the day.
Sometimes I have 30 calls to make on Monday, but only have time to call 25. I'd like those 5 uncompleted tasks to just automatically roll over to the next day. Is this possible? Right now I've just been moving them over but that is a tedious task...
