Need to be able to control default Email Settings across all Users

What is happening: folks set up their Email Sync (without our help, so that we aren't able to make sure their settings are correct) and select settings to Automatically link emails to Deals and People and to Share their emails (instead of Private). This fills our system with emails that have nothing to do with Sales or Recruitment.

What we would like to do: be able to control these settings companywide, and not allow for Automatic Linking. We would turn on Shared emails, though. So it can then be a one-step process. Then all someone has to do is link the email manually, and all their emails for that Deal show up for everyone.

    We have the same need to control Email Sync and Private/Shared emails globally in our account. For our business, it makes sense to have Email Sync set to automatic and ensure that emails are always Shared. Managing this on a per-user basis, as it is currently done, often leads to confusion and doesn't always guarantee standardized processes.

    We continue to run into Users who have the automatic syncing turned on (incorrectly). We have no way of knowing exactly who has this set up incorrectly. Our emails to Users don't get action, and the problem persists.

    Please, Pipedrive, Admins need to be able to control this! Our CRM is suffering.
