Need an advise for the best way to clean up organizations, using dedupe.ly which is easy but now I'm down to organizations with one headquarter and then offices. I want to have the headquarter as the main and then have the office as related organizations.

    You can also use the Merge Duplicates feature to help you find and merge potential duplicates, and the Related Organizations feature to reflect dependencies among different Orgs you have listed in Pipedrive.

    Hi @Sannah Vinding , @Inês Batata ,

    Is it possible to determine the HQ org from one of the fields (default or custom fields)? Using Insycle you can define rules for picking the relevant master, for example in the screenshot below I added "Name contains HQ" as the first rule. 

    Would that work?

    PS - With Insycle you can merge duplicates in bulk, run in preview mode, and schedule dedup to run automatically. Plus, there are many other CRM cleanup features, here is a short demo video. I'm with Insycle and it's available on the Pipedrive Marketplace.
