"Hey everyone,

When I upload my leads, I only want them to be added to my lead list. I've already labeled and added information to them as deals, but I only want them to appear in the lead list and not in both the lead and deal lists. I don't want to end up with 500 new deals.

Can anyone please help me with this issue?"

    Hi @Freewood

    In Pipedrive, both Leads and Deals have to be linked either to a Contact Person or a Contact Organization. However, the import should not create automatically a Lead and a Deal. If you are importing from a spreadsheet, please double-check your mapping, to make sure only Lead or Deal fields are selected (depending on what you want to create), and not both.
