How to import contact or lead "notes" with freeform text from a tradeshow CSV file

Hello, we took notes on leads via a tradeshow scanner app and want to get those notes into pipedrive when we import the list. There doesn't seem to be a notes "filed" on either the lead or contact record, even though you can manually log multiple notes within pipedrive. Do you know how we can get this information into pipedrive and visible to sales?

You have to create a file with Lead ID/Contact ID/Deal ID and the note.
