Why is an app suddenly a manager account and i cant reach support?

I installed an app and deinstalled it, because it was not working. No i cant reach support, because in the Chatwindow and also via email it says, my account is managed by them and i have to contact them. wtf is this?

how can i revoke this?

I never gived permission to manage my account. iam the only owner and i cant see anything else...

Does they have my data?

Iam really mad about this nonsense

    Lot's of this going on right now. Not sure what the deal is but I can't find any sort of announcement about change in support.

    I signed up for pipedrive 2016. Scared to find out if one day I need support and this happens to me.
