Just wondering if it would be possible to change the red interrogation point/question mark to an exclamation mark instead.

Every time I see the question mark, I think something is broken, whereas if I see an exclamation point, I will know something needs attention.

    Also, having an audio notification and sending an email would also be helpful. Using the @mentions feature, the light comes but its very easy for the notification to get lost in a system where there's lots going on. You have to remember to look to see if the light is on, and then even if it is on, there's often irrelevant things showing. also a pain having to swap to other tools like outlook or teams to send notifications...

    Can we please have a bit more visibility for @mentions in Pipedrive?
