How can I send a internal email to my collegua with deal details?

Hi there,

I have made an automation to basicly send my colleguan an email with deal details, when we win a deal...

The issue is, I dont know how to add both a link to the deal, and the deal products/items in the email ...

How can I do this?

    I have tried to do the same, but its not possible, You would have to use a third party process add in like Trillo, slack etc.

    I am not into third party add-in's, so I still automate by setting a task to follow up and assign it to the deal owner, this sets a task and also sends an email with links to deal.
