10 Step Automations - can we get more steps please?
Hello,
Currently the max number of steps in an automation is 10 (no matter the level of subscription), is this correct?
Are there any plans to increase this? It would be really helpful to have as a sales sequence usually runs 30 to 45 days and needs more than 10 steps. I realise there are tools out there that have these capabilities but having Pipedrive do this would make us much more likely to keep it as a CRM as we scale.

That is indeed the limit of actions in a workflow automation, and this is true for all plans. For that reason, we appreciate your feedback and will share it internally.
When it comes to different Pipedrive plans, there is a limit of automations amount that can be created per company - which can be useful in case you have to create several automations for longer sequences. Those limits can be checked here.

More steps would be very welcome. 10 is a bit short for some sequences.
