Allow Admin to View Email Open/Link Tracking from Other Users

Not sure why as an admin I can see other users' emails but not the link tracking and email opening tracking from users' emails. This can and should be done.

    I agree! It just makes sense that an admin should see that tracking and it's frustrating to have to check with each user to see the status of the email and links.

    Yes, I requested this a while ago. I am an Admin I have to do reporting on marketing emails sent by one of our Managers who absolutely does not have time to do it himself. A work around however, is to put in a request to support for a tracking report which they can provide. The report should contain the following columns. You may not need all of them but you can delete what you don't need:

    message_id

    mail_thread_id

    type [which is "to" and "from"]

    email_address

    SUBJECT

    Sent/recieved

    sent_from_pipedrive

    message_time

    archived

    linked_person_id

    linked_person_name

    org_id linked_to_deal_url

    linked_to_lead_url

    email_synced_by_user

    shared

    sync_type

    mail_tracking_status

    mail link tracking enabled

    mail_link_tracking_last_clicked_at
