Duplicated Deals Issue

Hello, our company specializes in trading and we use Pipedrive along with other platforms such as Zapier and Google Forms to upload deals. However, we have been experiencing issues with duplicate deals. It has caused problems for our sales team and created a negative environment. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

We suggest that Pipedrive should notify us if there are any matches in Name, number, or email ID with other deals.

Do you have any solutions for this? Thank you.

    Search for persons with the same email before creating a new person record.

    If the person exists, assign the deal to the person owner.

    Thanks, guys for your input but the deals are getting automatically created and assigned via different platforms to Pipedrive and while creating manually we can check the record through email id, number etc but that is absolutely bizarre to do it manually. Imagine the workload and creating more than 200 deals/leads a day.

    Please come up with a solution as soon as possible.
