Livechat is not available in the mobile app but shown in any video of Pipdrive.

Webform cannot be embeded on a homepage in dark mode.

You cannot upload your own fonts and use them.

Indeed, our Live chat functionality is not available in Mobile app anymore. If there was any article/video referring to this still - I have asked our team to update.

As to both chatbot and WebForms not adjusted to Dark mode and not being able to upload custom fonts - this is a good feedback for us and will be kept in mind for the future updates, thank you!
