Telephone numbers for Organizations

Why are the telephone numbers of organizations not able to be correctly formatted as they are with persons? If I type on 020 7123 4567 it saves as 2071234567

    Hi @Ayejay

    Contact People and Organizations have some differences because only People have default phone fields and can add multiple phone numbers under this field. However, if you have created a phone type field under Organization, the field should save the number in the format that you enter it. Please first check if indeed the created field is a phone-type field and if any issues still, reach out to our support team via in-app chat or email support@pipedrive.com to see specific examples under your account.
