Recording customer feedback

We are going through ISO13485 medical device certification and we need to set up a customer feedback capability. I am thinking that if we could record the customer's feedback under the "contact" or "organization" record. This would be a good place

Hi @Justin Cowling , there should be no problem with doing this in Pipedrive, I'm thinking you can log the feedback as a contact note.
The best way about it may depend on how that feedback is captured. For example, it can be written down manually in the contact notes if it's done during a follow-up call. Or you can even use an automated survey that records the results in a note for the contact.
