Web form // download resource from web sites
I would like to create a web form.
Customers/Prospects will fill the form,
and I'm going to send him an attachment (or redirect to a download page)
and insert an activities in to pipe drive (recall the prospect).
Suggestion? (or 3rd party plug in)

Right now we do this with email templates.
We create an email template with the file attached to it. You can save it all as a template.
The use webforms:
When someone completes the form in pipedrive we automatically send the email to them - so they get the file they requested. Then we schedule a new activity in pipedrive.
It's not perfect but it works.,

Hi @Damian Scattergood , this is a good solution! You can also include a second action in that same automation workflow to create the activity for you, so you don't have to create it manually.
@Massimo Fubini Take a look at Damian's solution above and see how it works out for you. I can also tell you that we're currently working on a new version of webforms that will include the possibility to redirect the prospect to download a file, so stay tuned!

Hi Ines,
I just ran into this discussion. two years later, and I am coming up with the same need.
Was somthing already realized?
I would have expected from the download template, that at during configuration I would have to store the file within the download web from and the (personal) link creation and sending an email with Link is done by Pipedrive.
