Colour code activities

It would be very useful to be able to select a colour for different activities so when looking at my calendar I can see at a glance what my activities are without having to click activity and go into them and read through

My role is hybrid my meetings are in the field and remote based so it can difficult and take more time to plan my days traveling also I have other office-based colleagues who have access and book my meetings and they need to keep checking with me where I am and if a can take a meeting. which means a lot of time wasted.

    You can use the color codes on the labels. It is possible to distinguish the difference for activities by adding activities and distinguishing them in different ways. I currently use 11 types of activities for my company and have never encountered confusion.

    just checking as i thought labels are not viewed when looking at the activities in the calendar unless you open the activity

    Yes labels are not visible in the calendar
