New invitees in our team are not able to see leads and deals?

Although we have kept lead and deal visibility to all but we new members of team are not able to see anything in terms of leads, deals, contacts etc. The leads which they have generated are visible to me but not to them.

Do we have to buy access for them? As admin has gone to mananage user options and gave them all permissions.

But visibility group setting asks for 49 usd for some action?

Let me know if i am doing anything wrong or is adding new people a paid service on pipedrive.

    Hi Sarvesh,


    Every user you add is charged. But it is up to you to customize them.But adding a free user is not yet possible in pipedrive.

    What kind of customization are we talking here? can you please give some outline for it and how much can it effects the costing for that user?


    We already have 4 seats/ 4 user in billing but only 2 users (including admin) are able to see leads and deals. Other two users are not able to utilize pipedrive at all. Its showing visibility issue but I have selected all user access for leads, deals etc.

    Company --> Manage users --> Visibility Groups


    You can adjust and adjust the visibility settings from here.

    As you can see visibility is open for all users but first two user out of four users are not able to see the leads, deals, people etc.

    Do you check the permissions? And i guess the problem will be solved if you apply the user roles as shown in the picture.

    The selected user other than admin is able to add leads, deals etc. but the first two users with exact same permissions are not able to do the same.

    First two users are not getting it done.


    In any case if I change the edit access to deals admin will it impact the billing?


    And thanks for patiently helping my issue. Sorry for being a noob here!!😁
