What Email Template??

I'm confused as there appear to be multiple places email "templates" exist. I'd like to send an email using automation and I have 20+ emails created under Email Templates & Campaigns.

However, when I create an automation to send an email template, NONE of the templates or campaigns I've created show up.

The only templates that show up, I found under "Mail" - Choose Template. I've gone through the effort to create these in the campaign, I REALLY don't want to have to recreate these...😫

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong!

Hi Renee Chandler,

Email campaigns and the emails you send using automation are different. In order for you to send a campaign, users must subscribe to your e-mail newsletter. If you want to send e-mail using automation, you need to use the templates in the mail. As far as I saw in the last picture, there is 1 person registered to your newsletter, and when you want to send an e-mail campaign, you will be greeted with a warning by pipedrive.

So I have to recreate all of my emails?😭

Is there a way to copy the HTML or something or do I have to rebuild them all?

I agree, this is really unclear when creating automations.

Should we use the email templates found when it click on a contact, and email template from the Campaigns section or a template from the Automations section?

I am so close to going back to Hubspot.
