Greetings to the Pipedrive community,

I would like to send an acquisition SMS or message via WhatsApp Business based on the terms and conditions.

Does anyone have a good experience with this? Alternatively what integration, app do you use for this?

It's been my experience that not everyone responds well to emails, especially when they receive a lot of them every day.

In a longer business process I would like to be reminded occasionally via WhatsApp.
