How do I get the real Conversion Rate from Lost & Won?

HI all!
We are not currently using WON feature as then the deal disappears from the Pipeline. In our routines the WON deal is moved to the post sales pipeline.
If we move the deal back from the WON status to another place in Pipeline, does it effect the WON status?

Hi Ari,
Two things I'm noticing here.
- While the default pipeline view only shows Open deals, you can use a filter to still be able to see Won deals. Here is an overview of using filters in the pipeline view.
- You mention that when a deal is Won, it is then moved to the post sales pipeline. My best practices recommendation when using Pipedrive in this way is to actually duplicate the deal and add a note containing a link to the new deal (and a note on the new deal containing a link to the previous one). This can be done via automations and the new deal can contain all of the history from the original deal. This allows you to leverage Reports and Insights much better.
